We purchased this microwave in April 2015. This week, February 2016, it just stopped working. First off, all this time we have found it to be too strong, and we are frequently turning the Power to 8, so things don't burn up. Also, the buttons are not very user friendly, like our previous microwaves have been. For example, if you want to cook 1 potatoes or 4 potatoes, there is only 1 button for Potatoes--which is way too long for only 1! The "Sensor cooking" doesn't seem to work correctly. We having been just modifying how we microwave, and then this week it just stops; like the power cut out inside. It is under warranty, so they will repair it free, which is great, but the closest Panasonic repair place is 1.5 hours from my house! The repair dealer did tell me that he would try to look at it and repair while I wait which is super nice. Just not happy with this microwave now. I probably would not purchase Panasonic (certainly not this one) again.

We've only had it a couple of weeks, so I don't want to gush just yet. The only thing I don't care for, so far, is having to push the Power button multiple times in order to select the power level; our old microwave allowed us to push "Power" then use the number pad to select the Power level.
Warming, heating, and defrosting features work well, and faster than our old microwave. I would buy this model again.

This is the model that replaces my old one. The old one was very satisfactory, and gave good service, so I'm sticking with what has worked for me. Love the high power, and the inverter technology. HATE the loud beeper; it's twice as loud as the old one, but really the only negative feature to me.

Cooks food very thoroughly. Literally could not be better at being this exact model in this exact color. Would buy again. But I don't have to.
